GCMAS Mentorship Program

The GCMAS Education Council is continuing a Mentorship Program for participants of the 2011 meeting of the Gait and Clinical Movement Analysis Society. The objective of this program is to facilitate the development of supportive relationships between individuals (typically student and professional) where knowledge, skills and experience are shared.

Student Travel Scholarship Program

Through the generosity of the GCMAS membership and the leading example of the our sponsoring vendors, the GCMAS Student Scholarship Program is offering Student Travel Scholarship awards for the JEGM 2010 meeting (May 12-15, 2010, Miami, Florida, USA). Top student scientists in movement analysis are encouraged to apply for these competitive awards. These awards are not limited to the GCMAS student members.

2009 Conference CME Credits

CME credits for the 2009 conference are currently being processed by the University of Colorado School of Medicine Office of Continuing Medical Education. Additional information will be posted to the website as it becomes available.

Internship Opportunities

Hands-on experience in a lab setting is invaluable in learning more about gait and clinical movement analysis. With this in mind, GCMAS is pleased to provide a clearinghouse of contact information for potential internship experience. The institutions and laboratories listed below may have paid or unpaid opportunities for interested and qualified students. GCMAS does not participate in the contact or screening process; please contact the listed person for each institution for more information on available opportunities.
