Student Travel Scholarship Program

Through the generosity of the GCMAS membership and the leading example of the our sponsoring vendors, the GCMAS Student Scholarship Program is offering Student Travel Scholarship awards for the JEGM 2010 meeting (May 12-15, 2010, Miami, Florida, USA). Top student scientists in movement analysis are encouraged to apply for these competitive awards. These awards are not limited to the GCMAS student members.

Mentorship Program

The GCMAS Education Committee is continuing a Mentorship Program for participants of JEGM2010 – the joint meeting of the Gait and Clinical Movement Analysis Society and the European Society of Movement Analysis in Adults and Children. The objective is to facilitate the development of supportive relationships between individuals (typically student and professional) where knowledge, skills and experience are shared.

Student Scholarship Program

The Gait and Clinical Movement Analysis Society annually awards scholarships to students who demonstrate the potential to advance the clinical and technical science of movement analysis. This program is an outgrowth of the successful Whitaker Foundation Grant program that focused on supporting biomedical engineering students.
