Speakers
Audio/video guidelines for podium presenters are available below as a PDF download.
Podium presenters are also encouraged to review the PDF of general Powerpoint suggestions.

Poster Presenters
The Poster Sessions will be held in two sessions, one odd in number, the other even.
The odd poster session will be held Wednesday, March 11 3pm-4pm.
The even poster session will be held on Wednesday March 11th 4pm-5pm.
Please ensure your posters are no larger than 36 inches wide or 45 inches tall. Additional guidelines are available below as a PDF download.
