Exhibitor Fees

Each standard draped booth will consist of 8' high drapery along the back of the booth, 3' high drapery on two sides, a 6' table with skirting, 2 chairs and one 7"X 44" exhibitor identification sign. Each booth will have access to electricity, and a wireless internet connection is planned for the exhibit area, with an internet café nearby for attendees.

Double Booth ($2500)
--10'D x 20'W
--Includes registration for 4 individuals to attend the general meeting, Welcome Reception and Banquet.
--Limited number available.
--Requests for double booths will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis if space allows.

Single Booth ($1250)
--10'D x 10'W
--Includes registration for 2 individuals to attend the general meeting, Welcome Reception and Banquet.

Small Single Booth ($1000)
--8'D x 10'W
--Consists of either a single tabletop or draped booth. Due to fire regulations, the entire booth must fit into this space.
--Limited number available.
--Includes registration for 2 individuals to attend the general meeting, Welcome Reception and Banquet.
