Vendor Information
The vendor area will be in the heart of the conference space. Vendor participation will begin the morning of Tuesday 3/10/2008 at 7:30 AM and end at the completion of Thursday’s conference activities. The Opening Reception will be held on the evening of Tuesday 3/10/2008 to maximize attendance. If space allows, the reception will be held in the vendor area at the Hotel.
All breakfasts and breaks will take place in the vendor area for the entire meeting. Breakfast will be available from 7:00-8:00 am on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Posters will be in a separate space.
The 2009 meeting will be sponsored by the University of Colorado School of Medicine Office of Continuing Medical Education. Physician’s, Physical Therapist’s and other professionals will be eligible to receive CME and CEU credits for conference attendance.
Time is available Wednesday afternoon for vendors to hold user group meetings. If you are interested in a user group meeting, please contact the Conference Vendor Rep. Please include projected attendance, AV requirements, and preferred room set-up. You will be contacted regarding menu options.
The banquet will be held Friday evening. All vendors are welcome to attend. Please RSVP to the Conference Vendor Representative.
Booths will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis and will be assigned by the Conference Planning Committee. Vendor booth breakdown will take place Thursday March 12.
